La CE a approuvé aujourd’hui 24 PDR additionnels

Le soutien pour le développement rural est constitué par le bien connu second pilier de la Politique Agricole Commune, qui donne aux États membres une enveloppe de financement européen pour gérer au niveau national ou régional des programmes pluriannuels co-financés. Au total, 118 programmes sont prévus dans l’ensemble des 28 Etats membres, financés à hauteur de 99,6 milliards € par le Fonds européen agricole pour le développement rural (Feader) pour la période 2014-2020. Certaines mesures sont cofinancées par des fonds supplémentaires au niveau national et régional et du financement privé.

L’adoption de ces 24 programmes de développement rural (PDR) aujourd’hui, porte à un total de 51 les PDR qui sont approuvés pour une valeur de plus de 62 milliards d’euros (environ 62,4% du budget).
