Bienvenue à notre nouveau membre: l’Alliance des coopératives italiennes

L’Alliance des coopératives italiennes (ACI) a rejoint Euromontana il y a quelques mois.

ACI, en italien Alleanza delle Cooperative Italiane, est la coordination nationale des associations les plus représentatives du mouvement coopératif italien (Agci, Confcooperative, Legacoop).

Le secteur forestier de l’ACI comprend 350 coopératives, avec environ 5 000 membres et employés et avec un chiffre d’affaires de 200 millions €. Les coopératives opèrent dans toute l’Italie, se concentrant principalement dans les zones montagneuses et protégées et jouent un rôle très important dans la gestion forestière, la chaîne de valeur des produits forestiers non ligneux, la protection des sols et la prévention des catastrophes naturelles.

Les travailleurs des coopératives démontrent chaque jour un haut niveau de professionnalisme dans le domaine de la sylviculture, de l’ingénierie naturelle et du tourisme rural.
ACI partage entièrement la mission d’Euromontana, en particulier pour améliorer les économies rurales et accroître les opportunités d’emploi en assurant une présence humaine durable et croissante dans les zones de montagne, en Italie, menacées par la dépopulation.

Grâce à l’équipe de développeurs de projets, ACI va promouvoir des idées et des propositions de projets à Euromontana, afin de définir des stratégies pour le développement durable dans les zones de montagne en Europe.
