Le Rural Proofing : un outil clé pour le développement rural ?

Le 4 mai 2017, la Commission des ressources naturelles (NAT) du Comité européen des Régions et l’Association internationale Ruralité-Environnement-Développement (RED) ont tenu une conférence à Bruxelles intitulée « RURAL post-2020 : plus ambitieux, plus transversal ! Un agenda rural pour ré-enchanter le projet européen ». L’un des objectifs de la conférence était de discuter des politiques de développement rural et plus particulièrement de la mise en œuvre du rural proofing, concept introduit dans la Déclaration de Cork 2.0, adoptée en septembre 2016.
