Première réunion du sous-groupe permanent des Réseaux ruraux sur LEADER

La première réunion du sous-groupe permanent des Réseaux ruraux sur LEADER et la stratégie de développement local placée sous la responsabilité de la Communauté (CLLD) a eu lieu à Bruxelles le 21 Avril 2015. 105 participants représentants les 28 États membres de l’Union Européenne ont assisté à la réunion, y compris des représentants des autorités de gestion, des réseaux ruraux nationaux, des Groupes d’action locale (GAL) et différents organisations européennes, y compris Euromontana.

Euromontana a réussi à obtenir un des 12 sièges réservés aux organisations européennes pour ce sous-groupe et est représenté par Primož Skrt, notre membre du centre Posoški razvojni (Centre de développement de la vallée de Soca) en Slovénie.

Les participants ont discuté dans le but de surveiller et d’analyser la mise en œuvre de la mesure LEADER dans les programmes de développement rural, afin de favoriser la coopération transnationale, d’identifier les problèmes communs et les bonnes pratiques dans LEADER / CLLD et de stimuler l’apprentissage par les pairs et le renforcement des capacités des acteurs LEADER / CLLD.

Pour 2014-2020, la croissance du nombre de GAL va continuer: mis en oeuvre dans 28 Etats Membres, 109 des 118 Programmes de Développement Ruraux peuvent les financer pour un total de 9,4€ milliards de dépenses publiques. On attend un soutien pour environ 2050 GAL (contre 2416 GAL existants en 2007-2013).

Les systèmes de livraison
Le renforcement des capacités pour les groupes d’action locale (GAL)
Comment soutenir la coopération transnationale efficacement
Mesurer le succès de LEADER / CLLD
LEADER / CLLD comme outil pour réaliser les priorités de développement local
LEADER / CLLD et l’innovation
Les GAL en tant que communicants

This is what we are highlighting this year on 11 December, International Mountain Day.Every year, this day provides an opportunity to emphasise the crucial importance of these areas in terms of natural resources, biodiversity, identity, cultural heritage, ways of life, and more resilient models.
