Parcours en montagne dans la région de Lombardie (Italie) : découvrez comment la Politique de Cohésion soutient Lidia

Dans la région de Lombardie (Italie), les étudiants diplômés peuvent bénéficier de nombreuses opportunités grâce à la Politique de Cohésion de l’Union européenne. Lidia est un personnage imaginaire créé par le projet Montana174, dont l’intention est de présenter des projets réels financés par la Politique de Cohésion 2014-2020 pour les étudiants des zones de montagne.

Découvrez avec elle de quelles initiatives les citoyens locaux peuvent bénéficier dans sa zone de montagne :

1. Réaménagement des rives du lac de Mezzola pour l’attractivité touristique

Le lac de Mezzola est situé au nord du célèbre lac de Côme. Grâce à la communauté de montagne de la Valchiavenna, des interventions spécifiques pour la requalification des rives du lac de Mezzola ont été mises en œuvre, avec pour objectif final de développer et de dynamiser le secteur du tourisme. Parmi elles, la création d’un point d’information touristique et la rénovation des aires de ravitaillement.

2. Conversion d’une ancienne église en refuge de montagne

Une ancienne église de Gordona va être restaurée et transformée en refuge de montagne. La municipalité locale gérera la rénovation et la transformation des locaux de l’église par le biais d’un appel d’offres. L’église accueillera 25 lits pour héberger les randonneurs de montagne de l’itinéraire des Alpes lépontines.

3. Réhabilitation des routes historiques de montagne

Des routes historiques ont été restaurées et connectées afin de développer un itinéraire allant du lac de Côme aux montagnes du San Bernardino, dans la « Vie del Viandante ». Cette route a été largement utilisée pour le commerce entre le nord et le sud de l’Europe pendant des siècles. L’objectif est de développer un itinéraire pédestre homogène et continu pour attirer les touristes et les amateurs de sport, en différenciant les pistes douces (plus faciles, ciblant les familles, les enfants, les personnes âgées, les couples) et les pistes sportives.

4. Bureau de collecte de fonds

Un nouveau bureau de collecte de fonds a été mis en place dans la communauté de montagne de la Valchiavenna. Le bureau développera un plan pour soutenir des projets d’intérêt général pour la communauté locale de montagne, basé sur les bonnes pratiques existantes d’autres projets en Europe. En particulier, ce bureau a l’ambition de devenir un véritable « service d’assistance aux propositions de projets », ce qui signifie qu’il tentera également de travailler sur de nouvelles idées de projets et de trouver des fonds européens pour les mettre en œuvre sur le territoire.
