Parcours en montagne en Slovénie : découvrez comment la Politique de Cohésion soutient Jana

En Slovénie, les personnes âgées peuvent bénéficier de nombreuses opportunités grâce à la Politique de Cohésion de l’Union européenne. Jana est un personnage imaginaire créé par le projet Montana174, dont l’intention est de présenter des projets réels financés par la Politique de Cohésion 2014-2020 pour les retraités dans les zones de montagne.

Découvrez avec elle de quelles initiatives les citoyens locaux peuvent bénéficier dans sa région de montagne :

1. SmartCare : soutien expert pour les personnes âgées

Le système expert SmartCare a été développé pour optimiser les soins aux personnes âgées et rendre le soutien à domicile plus efficace et plus rentable. Le projet contribue à la réalisation des objectifs des villes et communautés intelligentes.

2. Rénovation du centre communautaire à Komenda

Le centre d’accueil de jour pour les personnes âgées a été rénové à Komenda. Ce centre est très important pour la communauté car il réunit les personnes âgées et les jeunes à travers une série de réunions et de formations intergénérationnelles, tout en contribuant au renforcement de la conscience environnementale et la solidarité locale.

3. L’aide des bénévoles aux personnes atteintes de démence

Le réseau de services de soins à domicile est un groupe de bénévoles qui aident les personnes âgées souffrant de démence, ainsi que leurs familles. Les bénévoles sont formés dans le cadre du projet « Mise en réseau des services de soins à domicile dans le modèle du système de crédit de points » afin d’aider les personnes âgées qui n’ont pas de proches ou lorsque ceux-ci ne peuvent pas s’occuper d’elles. Par exemple, les bénévoles aident les aînés à faire leurs courses ou pour les soins médicaux. Le projet sera réalisé dans différents endroits, dont le Centre intergénérationnel de Carinthie.
