Services d’hébergement touristiques : une consultation est ouverte

Dans le cadre de l’élaboration de son Livre vert sur ​​la sécurité dans le domaine des Services d’hébergement touristiques, la Commission européenne a lancé une consultation publiquele 29Juillet2014.

Même si la sécurité des services d’hébergement touristique demeure une compétence nationale, le tourisme, lui, est transnational et les États membres devraient discuter de ces questions sans tenir compte des frontières. La consultation vise à recueillir des données et des preuves de l’expérience vécue par les consommateurs en vue d’évaluer les risques de l’hébergement et de ses conséquences sur la qualité des services fournis.

Si vous êtes intéressé par cette consultation, vous devez y répondre avant le 30 novembre 2014. Les résultats devraient être connus au début de l’année 2015.
