Romanian seminar on the Common Agricultural Policy and Mountains
A seminar on the Common Agricultural Policy and Mountains will take place on Saturday 12th of July 2014, in Braşov, Romania, followed by farm visits on Sunday 13th. This event is organised by AGROM-RO, a Romanian training center in Agriculture.
The seminar aims to inform mountain farmers and other rural actors on the new Common Agricultural Policy. In the morning the tools of the new CAP will be presented, followed by discussions on innovation, territorial approach, socioeconomic impact, environment & heritage, marketing and tools for quality and traceability in the afternoon.
This event is part of the new information measure « A new CAP: Mountains of opportunities » coordinated by Euromontana and co-financed by the European Union. Within this framework, 5 seminars are organised by several Euromontana’s members in France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia in order to prepare the final European Conference that will take place at the end of October in Bilbao (Spain).
