Working themes

Euromontana is working on themes which can impact the sustainable development of mountain areas in Europe, trying to embrace a holistic view and to pay attention to inter-relations between all themes. You will find our analysis in our position paper “Mountains 2020“.

A certain number of questions such as the necessity of an integrated approach to mountain areas development and characterization of mountains are horizontal to all fields of activity.

Besides, the Board of Directors has established, after consulting the members on their expectations, a list of priority action themes for 2012-2016. The pages dedicated to these themes are :
