Mountain Law celebrates its 30 years. The French Prime Minister has just launched the second Act, in order to “make concrete proposals to change the legislative framework and allow the concerned areas to face the current challenges.”

In parallel, the French Ministry of Tourism has launched a center of excellence “Mountain tourism” aiming “to accompany the mountain resorts to rethink their tourism model and to suggest tourism less dependent on snow and more focused on a four seasons tourism pattern”.

Convinced that the natural, cultural and human wealth of mountain areas should be at the heart of these future policies, Mountain Wilderness invites you to participate in this debate to define together the possibilities for the future “Mountain to Live”.

Climate change, economy, tourism, agriculture, specificity of mountain landscapes, cultures that are developed there, preservation of the environment are among the issues which will be at the heart of this debate.

Please be careful: previous registration is REQUIRED to access the Palais du Luxembourg
Please send your registration forms to vn@mountainwilderness.fr before 16th March, 2015 – (places are limited). French will be the only language of the seminar.

For further information, please visit the web site of this event (available only in French).
