On March 27, in Cosenza, Calabria, the national festival Agrichef, the event Turismo Verde, and the Italian Confederation of Farmers will promote typical regional dishes in collaboration with hotels, restaurants and oenologists institutes.
Five agritourism companies will participate in the Calabrian edition of the festival. Their representatives will compete for the final:
- Mario Grillo from Fattoria Biò di Celico (CS)
- Rosaria Pignataro dell’Agriturismo The Antica Pietra di Lagaro Lupinacci (CS);
- Angelo Hamza Hanzaz dell’Agriturismo Trigna di Lamezia Terme (CZ);
- Fiorella Paese dell’Agriturismo Fiorella di Spezzano della Sila (CS)
- Giovanni Napoli dell’Agriturismo Masseria Predicatore of Albidona (CS).
The appointment is fixed at 10:30 at the Institute of Higher Education “Mancini – Tommasi” of Cosenza, Via Consalvo Aragona, 24.
