cimeeng-01In celebration of International Mountain Day 2017, UNIMONT – the University of Mountains based in Edolo – in collaboration with the Club Alpino Italiano (CAI), is organizing the second edition of CIME, an event devoted to Research and Innovation for mountain areas.

In line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, CIME 2017
will explore how to use research, networking, and youth involvement to stimulate
and accelerate the competitiveness of mountain areas.

CIME will be held in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), the University of Eastern Piedmont, and the University of Tuscia.
