As part of the European Week of Regions and Cities 2022, Euromontana will organise the workshop “Communicating the Cohesion Policy to citizens: approaches, channels and lessons learnt”, together with the Work4Future and Europe in My Backyard projects.
The Cohesion Policy is on the frontline of the challenges EU citizens face today. Yet, citizens are too often unaware of this policy and its impacts on their daily lives. This workshop will showcase how to increase the knowledge and engagement of EU citizens with the Cohesion Policy building on the expertise on professionals in communication, journalism and media.
The workshop will capitalize on their lesson learnt to provide local & regional authorities with recommendations in order to better communicate about the Cohesion Policy.
