ENGAGE Manifesto: High Speed Broadband for rural Europe

The Interreg IV C project ENGAGE (High Speed Broadband for RURAL Europe) will launch on 22nd January 2013 in Brussels, its manifesto for concerted action to ensure High Speed Broadband coverage across the EU and especially in rural areas.
