Italian seminar on Common Agricultural Policy and Mountains

logo-final-it-01A seminar on the Common Agricultural Policy and Mountains will take place on the 16th of July 2014, in Milan (Italy). This seminar is organised by the ERSAF: the Regional Agency for Services to Agriculture and Forestry of the Lombardy Region, which provides technical and certification services to the agriculture and forestry sector.

With the Italian Minister of Agriculture as key speaker, the seminar will inform mountain stakeholders on the new Common Agricultural Policy and will provide them with a unique opportunity for discussion about the socio-economic impacts of mountain product development, the environmental & heritage dimensions of mountain supply chain development and tools for quality & traceability.

This event is part of the new information measure « A new CAP: Mountains of opportunities » coordinated by Euromontana and co-financed by the European Union. Within this framework, 5 seminars are organised by several Euromontana’s members in France, Portugal, Slovenia, Romania and Italy in order to prepare the European Mountain Convention that will take place at the end of October in Bilbao (Spain).

Read the programme and register to the seminar.
