Metabief - France
This event organized by the Doubs Department and Metabief ski resort in the Jura Mountain focuses on the adaptation of ski resorts to the impacts of climate change, specifically in the low mountain areas of the Alpine region. This is the first event of the EU strategy for the Alpine region (EUSALP) dealing with the impacts of climate change on the future of ski resorts.
The event will discuss issues related to health, energy, biodiversity, opportunities for new tourism models and will also serve to co-construct the new tourism model in Haut-Doubs and, more globally, to draw a strategy for the transition of ski resorts in the Alpine region.
Programme and logistics
The programme and registration form are available on the event’s webpage.
