Euromontana 2021 General Assembly will be organised on 13th October. Join us online to discuss governance and to reflect on future activities that will enhance the sustainable development of mountain areas!

This event is for Euromontana’s members only. Members can find all the preparatory documents in the General Assembly section of the website.

This year, our General Assembly will also be coupled with two online conferences on mountain youth (12th October in the morning) and on daily mobility in mountain areas (12th October in the afternoon).

Registration

Due to the current sanitary context, the event will be held online via the Zoom platform. Interpretation will be available in French and English.

🧊 Glaciers matter for water, food and livelihoods in mountains and beyond. This is what we are highlighting this year on 11 December, International Mountain Day.Every year, this day provides an opportunity to emphasise the crucial importance of these areas in terms of natural resources, biodiversity, identity, cultural heritage, ways of life, and more resilient models. Euromontana was pleased to take part as an observer in the 16th Meeting of the Carpathian Convention Implementation Committee in Belgrade on 2–3 December.
