3rd Interreg Central Europe call open until January 2018

The third Interreg Central Europe call for proposals was launched on 21 September and will stay open until 25 January 2018. Around 60 million euros are available for funding projects under this call. The typical project duration is around 36 months. Transnational partnerships can be formed by both public and private organisations. The minimum requirement for a project partnership is the participation of 3 financing partners from at least 3 countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia). The co-financing rates reach up to 85 percent depending on the geographical location of an institution.

Interreg Central Europe seeks transnational project ideas that help to improve capacities for urban and regional development in four key priority areas:

  • Innovation and knowledge development
  • Low carbon economy
  • Natural and cultural resources
  • Transport

Five specific objectives will be fully open to cooperation ideas, four specific objectives will be focused on exclusive topics and one will remain closed.

The third call is organised in a one-step procedure. Fully developed project proposals have to be submitted via the electronic Monitoring System (eMS) here.

For more details, please read our article “Be ready: 3rd call for Interreg Central Europe will be soon published” (05/07/2017) available here (only for members).

If you are looking for a project partner, do not hesitate to share your ideas with the Secretariat of Euromontana.
