The Mountain University – the Edolo campus of the University of Milan, the University of Eastern Piedmont, in collaboration with the University of Tuscia, launch the post-graduate degree course on Sustainable Tourism for Mountain Areas.
This post graduate course will explore, analyse and describe development trajectories, models, and existing examples of mountain tourism. The course’s main goal is to provide training that will allow the creation of new jobs in the tourism sector throughout mountains, with particular attention to the Alpine Region mountains. The course also aims to analyse the potential of new technologies and telematic tools for the organization and promotion of tourism activities.
This course will take place within the project “Italian Mountain Lab Research and Innovation for the Mountains” – with the mandate of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR)
The course on Sustainable Tourism for Mountain Areas is a 70 hours course (virtual and not) given in English. Deadline for application is 8th February 2018
