The CAP Communication is officially expected by 29th November 2017. Nonetheless, the draft text (which is still under inter services consultation) has already been released. This article focuses on the main points of this draft text and on their impact for mountain areas.
Entitled “the Future of Food and Farming”, the draft CAP Communication has been released the last week of October, to get feedback from the other EU institutions and the main stakeholders before doing the last adjustents for the final publication expected by the 29th November 2017.
