Ten MEPs (including Michel Dantin, José Bové, Herbert Dorfmann and Karl-Heinz Florenz) organised an interparliamentary conference on 15 May 2018, at the European Parliament in Brussels, to reflect on how pastoralism can be maintained in Europe with the presence of the wolf. With the participation of more than 80 members of national, regional and European parliaments from EU Member States, this conference aimed at better understanding the situation of pastoralism and the wolf in the different Member States, to address the specific issue of hybrid wolves and to clarify the regulatory context.
