The European Commission has just launched a new public consultation on “Progress towards the 2020 energy efficiency objective and a 2030 energy efficiency policy framework“. This consultation is open up to 28/04/2014.

This consultation followed the new Communication of the European Commission “A policy framework for climate and energy in the period from 2020 to 2030“, which has been published on 22nd January 2014. It presents proposals that should determine the way forward for EU energy and climate policy for the next 15 years.
