The European Tourism Day was on 1st December 2014. The European Commission took this opportunity to organise a conference to discuss four subjects on which the European Commission is going to work in the coming months: a Europe Destinations Brand initiative, digital tourism, the regulatory and administrative framework impacting EU tourism and an EU tourism services quality initiative.
