In the region of Extremadura, Spain, the governement has installed some 129 cameras around the most interesting places, which offer a real time images of the regional heritage, be it cultural, natural or historic.
The images captured are then broadcast for the attention of tourist and tourist companies (who can use the cameras to promote their business and the attractions close to them).
