Join the platform on Climate Change Adaptation in Mountains

The Adaptation at Altitude programme launched a digital space on Climate Change Adaptation in Mountains on the weADAPT platform to increase the climate change resilience and adaptation capacities of mountain ecosystems.

This dedicated space aims to support a community of practice for those working on and interested in climate change adaptation and resilience in the mountains. It provides a space for knowledge, experience sharing and discussions, with the aim of supporting and connecting international actors working in this field.

The platform enables to explore knowledge shared by peers working on climate change adaptation in mountains, to look for other experts working on the topic, to find the latest articles and case studies and to share your projects or thoughts with others. Join the theme “climate adaptation in mountains”!

Adaptation at Altitude is a collaborative programme launched and co-supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The first phase of programme runs from 2020 to 2023. Partners of the programme include among others the Mountain Research Initiative, the University of Geneva and the United Nations Environment Programme.
