Launch of the new CAP network: what’s new?

With the start of a new programming period for the Common Agricultural Policy funds, the CAP networks at European and national levels are being redesigned.

The new CAP network merges existing rural networks at European level: the European Network for Rural Development (ENRD), the EIP-AGRI and the Evaluation helpdesk. This merger aims to bring Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 of the Common Agricultural Policy closer and to open up to more stakeholders.

At EU level, the new “CAP network” was officially launched in Brussels on 6 October. This article highlights the expected changes in the CAP network and how you can get involved.
