Operational Groups are groups of people who work together in an innovation project funded by Rural Development Programmes. Operational Groups are the EIP-AGRI’s main tool for turning innovative ideas into real solutions for the field. Despite some delays at the beginning of the programming period, this new tool starts now to be implemented in the different Member States. More than 3 200 Operational Groups are currently planned for the period 2014-2020.
