According to the DG AGRI, the delegated regulation supplementing the Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 with regard to conditions of use of the optional quality term ‘mountain product’ should be published in the Official Journal of the European Union within the next two weeks.
The delegated regulation is expected to be approved without further modifications during the next Council meeting on Agriculture and Fisheries, on 16-17 June. It will come into force on seven days following its publication on the Official Journal.
