On 8th October 2015, the conference “Sustainable Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in the Bioeconomy – A Challenge for Europe” took place in Brussels. The event was organised by the European Commission (EC), DG Research and Innovation. The aim was to present the last findings of the Foresight Expert Group of the Standing Committee on Agricultural Research (SCAR) and to start a debate between the actors involved in the bioeconomy.
