The SIMRA project is gathering examples of social innovations in agriculture, forestry and rural development in marginalised rural areas until the end of December 2019. In particular, we are seeking further examples from non-EU countries in the Balkans and around the Mediterranean as these areas are currently under-represented in the database.
Seize your chance to promote your social innovation through our online, free of access, database! The SIMRA database describes through brief selected examples the diversity of social initiatives throughout Europe and the Mediterranean region. and some of their key characteristics (legal status, funding sources, socio-economic and environmental impacts, target audience, etc.).
If you know about any social innovation that you think should be included in our database, please complete the questionnaire that you will find here and the SIMRA team will review it.
