Tips for writing proposals from Horizon 2020 Infodays

The Horizon 2020 work programme (for the 2018-2020 period) was adopted at the end of October (available here). The four cross-cutting focus areas for all Horizon 2020 calls are: implementing the Paris Agreement, digitisation, circular economy, and security. Euromontana attended the Info Days for Societal Challenge 2 ‘Food Security, Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry, Marine, Maritime and Inland Water Research and the Bioeconomy’ and Societal Challenge 5 ‘Climate Action, Environment, Resource Efficiency & Raw Materials’, with interesting calls for mountains falling mostly under climate and circular economy focus areas.
