Towards successful Operational Groups: recommendations for authorities

The European Network for Rural Development (ENRD) published on September 2013 a document called “EIP Operational Groups: lessons and recommendations from 2007-2013 Rural Development Programmes” in the framework of the end of the Phase 2 of the Focus Group on Knowledge Transfer and Innovation. This article aims to summarise the mentioned document, addressing especially the recommendations done to the managing, regional and local authorities in order to build successful Operational Groups for the following programming period.
