The Private Finance for Energy Efficiency (P4FEE) and Natural Capital Financial Facility (NCFF) are two new funding opportunities, developed in the framework of the Programme for the Environment and Climate Action (LIFE Programme). They aim to facilitate energy efficiency investments and the conservation of natural capital, including to climate change.
