The European Network for Rural Development (ENRD) gathered some 450 representatives of Local Action Groups (LAGs), Managing Authorities (MA) and Paying Agencies (PA) for a two days meeting where successful and less successful experiences from the 2007-2013 programming period were discussed with the aim of designing a more effective LEADER programme in the future.
All parties had a lot of expectations from this event, but also a lot of suggestions to move on, and in this respect the event has been very rich.
